Our Developer Story
SouthFace Village at Okemo® Development Company, LLC is led by Ted Rossi, the developer of some of Okemo Mountain’s most remarkable residential properties. Ted and his wife Ruth first discovered this special place over 30 years ago when it became their ski mountain. He fell so in love with the place that it is where he decided to create a community where other families could share in that same experience he had valued for so long.
Today, many consider this trailside development to be one of the most intelligently planned residential communities on Okemo Mountain. But to Ted and the rest of the team at SouthFace, we measure our true success in the special moments our owners make here.

Mary Jean Kearney, Founder and Owner, developed the interior spaces for the first two townhome buildings at SouthFace Village (Sugar Maple and Tamarack), the SunCatcher Villas and the Owner’s Lounge, and is set to design the interiors for the first phase of our Mountain Chalet community.
